Setif Tramway, which following the survey and design works, we prepared the construction tender documents and executed consultancy & supervision services during the construction, put into service with the ceremony on 8 May 2018.
Setif Tramway, its construction tender belongs to Yapı Merkezi Company, is the first project in the world which has been put into practice by a Turk Contractor and a Turk consultant.
Chairman of the Board Celal Akın, President Attila Horoz, Deputy General Manager Mete Baykır, Regional Director Serkan Yılmaz, Project Manager Ilgaz Candemir from Yüksel Proje and Minister of Algeria Internal Affairs, Minister of Algeria Transportation, Minister of Algeria Natural Resources, Setif Governor and Members of Setif Cabinet attended the opening ceremony.
Setif Tramway that is one of the project among the three-tramway projects executed by Yüksel Proje in Algeria has 15.2 km length. The project includes 29 Yüksel Project Staff.
