The project in general consists of an artificial island structure that will unite two artificial peninsulas where commercial, entertaining, sport, educational, recreational, residential, marina and touristic infrastructure will be developed. This artificial island includes two breakwaters (east and west), offshore breakwater, two peninsulas and anchor area. In addition, it is planned to construct an artificial beach in front of the peninsulas.
