The contract for “Potable Water and Sewerage Master Plan”, aimed sustainability as efficient, effective, environmental, financial and institutional of water, wastewater and storm water services in Istanbul, was signed with Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration on 14.08.2018.
In this comprehensive study to be continued 4-year, it is aimed to determine the engineering, administrative and economical precautions required to continuity of investment & management policy and service quality in accordance with smart city / smart building and short, medium and long term planning.
Data collection and control; determination of population, water requirement, wastewater flow and loads; planning of water resources, water treatment plants, water distribution systems; analyses of water quality and water loss; planning of wastewater collection system and wastewater treatment plant, sludge management, odour control, water recovery design works; planning of storm water collection and stream system, flood management; basic environmental impacts, climate change and drought, geographical information systems, energy management, operating model, earthquake, user services, special report, investment and financing, institutional structure studies.
The project will be prepared in joint venture with Royal Haskoning DHV (Netherlands), Yüksel Proje and Dolsar.
