President

He was born in 1974. He graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of MiddleEast Technical University in 1997. Upon graduation, he started his career as aProject Engineer. He joined Yüksel Proje in 2000. He has taken part as a ProjectEngineer and Project Manager in numerous projects across Türkiye, Afghanistan,Georgia, Libya, Algeria, and India. In 2018, he was appointed as Survey and DesignCoordinator. Between 2020 and 2026, he served as Vice President. As of April 2026,Avcı has assumed the role of President.
