Yüksel Proje is involved in the finalisation of the alignment and preliminary design for new rail lines to connect the 4 Hindu holy shrines of Gangotri, Yamunotri, Badrinath and Kedarnath. It is located on the Himalaya piedmont having 3300 m length above the sea level.

The total length of the railway is 327 km of which the total length of the tunnels is expected to be around 200 km.
