The scope of the “Sofia Metro Extension Project, Phase-1” includes 4 cut & cover stations and a 3,8 km long TBM tunnel.
The project will be part of the great metro network that is constructed at the same time. The 4 stations are 30 m deep cut & cover stations. The Metro system is designed as a double track single TBM with diameter of 9.4 m.
Design and construction phase are completed and the line is in service.
